Windows Re-sizing Issues

Hi all! I've recently got a new laptop, and decided to move the Rimworld game folder into the new laptop via a USB drive. However, when I moved the game to the new computer, I found myself to be unable to adjust the size of the GUI. I can still freely adjust the resolution in window mode, but the menu size remains abysmally small. This problem doesn't seem to occur during fullscreen mode. Does anyone know of a way to adjust the size of the GUI so that I can see the menu while it is in windowed mode?
