Is there any mod that add bosses raids? dungeon mod?

Is there any mod that add bosses to raids? I mean really big,tough and hard to kill monsters (not humans)
Same thing question for Dungeons, something like deep-mountain bases or tunnels with a huge monster at the end

I can't speak for the workshop.
But so far i know nothing at the forum.
Lord of the Rim got some Ancient stronghold which hold a dragon.
Yes he is a bit harder, but not realy a Raid boss.

- Sparkling World add's a faction, when these is hostile they can be very danagerous.
- StarshipTroopers Arachnid, throw in Bug they are an enourmous trait too.
- Zombieland, contineus danger and periodic horde with stronger ones.
