Italian Language definjected files using wrong format

The file in mods\core\italian\definjected\recipedefs\recipes_surgery.xml is using the RecipeDefs format instead of the LanguageData format. All other languages use LanguageData format to inject translations for labels, descriptions and jobstrings without duplicating the base recipe file.

Upon closer review this isn't the only file with an issue in Italian. Simply changing your language to Italian throws up lots of code characters everywhere when in game, which means the LanguageData file formats are missing in lots of places. You can see it everywhere when attempting to play. Display errors are everywhere.

There also seems to be a blank language entry in the language list. I think it's the South Korean flag there.
