Basically recreated a diffuse and bump map using Ricardo Tomé's artwork to wrap a sphere. Then rotated it.

Yeah the background is closer to the title screen. I wanted to see which was nicer. I think the nebulous background makes it look nicer.  Also, the aurora is much more pronounced. Just tweaking it hear and there. My taste is killer but what I am making is still lacking that thing.

I'd also like to hear Tynan's opinion on that. The way I see it, every artist who ever made some artwork for Tynan surely had some kind of contract for copyright reasons. I don't think he would just accept artwork as a donation, but this is just my opinion. I don't know that for sure.
