Interesting. Im reading the WHO pfd on it.
http://apps.who.int/iris/bitstream/10665/41544/1/WHO_TRS_849_%28part1%29.pdf

It would appear to be caught via ill-prepared food but one of the vectors seems to be from aquatic animals.... Fishing confirmed?

Interesting. It would be better if I'd stop assuming so much things without checking first. Still, I kinda hoped we would get cancer in Rimworld

Oh, i excepted it to be cancer, i just wanted to further the discussion on what a carinoma was :D

Cool!!!!!!!!111one
Hopefully any colonist can get cancer in the head and you can do nothing against it and all of them die painfully and screaming all the time because of the fucking pain.
And don't forget to put chemotherapy in it and raping womans, sodomy and colonists who shit and if there is no food, they eat the shit to survive.

i hope someone did a mod without this stupid "feature", sickos.

If you have such a strong opinion about this, do you even have fun playing the game at all? There's cannibalism, dismemberment, horrible forms of dying, etc....

Klitri

Relax, it's a game, cancer exists, it sucks, just face the reality of it, it's a game we're playing. Nobodies forcing you to play either.

I don't know how you can enjoy the game when disease is already something that can happen in-game. This isn't really any worse than any of the other things that can happen to your characters.

This sort of thing is clearly something Tynan wants in the game.

Uh, the pets already nuzzle, if somewhat uncommonly, if they're not happening to you, that's a bug.
By 'somewhat uncommon' exactly how uncommon are we talking here? Maybe I should try to get more dogs...

"uncommon" really means in this case that it doesn't happen at all.  I recall reading that animals COULD nuzzle, but that the code was glitched in such a way that they did not nuzzle because some check in their code looked for colonists doing something (or not doing something) that was never, or almost never true.

There were a couple instances found of an animal rarely doing a cuddle, but it was more a case of the rimworld stars aligning than a simple instance of it being "uncommon"

I almost find it funny that in your saying that it was announced as a typo, you typo'd. Type-ception. Either way, I still liked the rabbit hole we got into within a few posts.

One of those instances where RNG can be a real bitch. I've had it happen a handful of times, some people haven't. I guess you're just one of those others. :)
