Scribe_Values.LookValue<int>(ref this.lastThreatBigQueueTick, "lastThreatBigQueueTick", 0, true);


Would probably make more sense as:

Scribe_Values.LookValue<int>(ref this.lastThreatBigQueueTick, "lastThreatBigQueueTick", -1, true);
