First time playing the new release.. indeed I havn't played since, I want to say alpha 10 *hangs head low*.

so I hauled some stuff to my starting area to hole up in terror a the presence of bears, and I go to build some walls... and I cant build wooden walls? And then I notice I cant build wooden furniture? Like they dont even appear as options. Steel stuff does, however.

Am I missing something? I have 625 logs, according to the resource count.

The UI was streamlined, you need to click the wall order, then choose material from the pop-up. Same with doors.

It's also worth noting that sometimes if you don't have the resource in a stockpile it won't appear as a material type in the drop down menu when selecting materials.
