[Oiltanker]

• I was playing with neurotrainers (placing them through degug mode).
• One colonist took job to haul specific neurotrainer to a stockpile, while I ordered another to use the neurotrainer. As a result exception occured. (see screenshot)
• I expected a message to occur that this colonist is unable to use a neurotrainer because another person is trying to haul it.
• Spawn neurotrainer out of a stockpile, order one colonist to haul it, order another colonist to use it.
