How do I send saved games to another computer?

Both myself and my partner have rim world. And we love playing the game while round each others houses. However my partners been staying with me this past week and has gotten attached to a colony she made during the week and I was wondering how I could send her her colony so she could play it back at home ?

When you go into the games options, there is a button "Open Save Folder" or something like that. In there you will find the necessary /Saves/ and /Worlds/ folder, you would probably just copy both folders over to the save folder on the other computer.
