My colony as been attack by 3 centiped, most of them as been hurt and as soon as they go to bed, they all get 2-3 infection each. There was alot of blood on the floor and my infirmary was full. How to prevent them for having infection?

Infections happen if you don't get a wounded colonist medical treatment ASAP. If you're low on beds switch a colonist bed to medical.

Acruid

Also the cleanliness of the room is important. You want to always keep the hospital room as clean as possible. There are sterile tile flooring you can build, and you can manually designate colonists to clean the floor if it is dirty.

Centipede fights usually last a long time, so it sounds like you did not get your colonists healed quick enough.

Shurp

Give your colonists lots of healroot.  They'll live.
If you give an annoying colonist a parka before banishing him to the ice sheet you'll only get a -3 penalty instead of -5.

And don't forget that the pirates chasing a refugee are often better recruits than the refugee is.
