The Coalition- All Or Nothing!

I have decided to take all of my military planning, attack plans, tactics, and weapon expertise to create a brand new colony. I am calling it Valence, and only the military experts may be soldiers. I am designing it for war and war only. I am digging into the side of a mountain and will only use the bare neccesities. All bed rooms will be tilled with metal, with only a light and a bed. The hydroponics will be the main producer of food. The builders and farmers will have different quarters. There will be training rooms for both melee and shooting. Power production will be from a geothermal and solar energy. On the defense, soldiers will be equipped with M-16's and M-24's. On the offense all other weapons. No turrets will be used. No blasting charges will be used. Only men and women will be used. And hot lead. This is being made on Cassanndra Classic. We will not die from raiders i will list my favorite weapons and tactics and the blueprint for the base. I drew one. there is a picture below.

Soldiers
The soldiers will be cateragized into the following catagories- Titan: The best of the best, Titans will be equipped with the best possible weapons, and are always on the frontline. Pro's: Pro's are the armys specialists; they will do everything and anything. They are mostly on offensive missions. Demo's: Demo's are the armys explosive expert. He will handle grenades, molotovs, and what every else that can blow up. They can be on both defense and offense. Recruits: These are the cannon fodder of the army.

Squads-
Alpha: This squad is the main squad; it will defend the colony. The max. number of men in squad; ten to fifteen. Armed with all weapons.
Delta: Main offensive squad. Weapons: M-16, M-24, Indencary launchers, and molotovs. Uses Shock and Awe tactics. Max number of men in squad: Three.
PNY: Special operations group. Uses M-16 and M-24. Uses all tactics. Group size: Two.
Extermination: Kills crazed animals.

Tactics
Shock And Awe Tactics: These tactics are used for offensive operations. Flanking: when the enemy starts their attack on the base, another group, mainly delta, goes through a pre-built tunnel. While they are going through this tunnel, the raiders are supposidly"winning". Then Delta will come up behind them and chrush them. Run An' Gun: a soldier, normaly from the PNY section, will run straight to a raider group, carrying a indencary launcher. He/She would run up and fire off three shots, then run out.

Nothing To Lose Tactics
CHARGE!!: Equip all recruits with shotguns. Run them straight into the approaching raider party.


Is this a cool idea? And has Anybody else have done this?

you said no turrets will be used why do is see turrets?
