[Offer]Mod translation to German

Hey Community,

i have some spare time at night and if u want in can translate some Mods to German and from German to English, for free. Because Multi language is nice and
its totally crap if u read more languages in 1 game its very confusing sometimes.

If you're interested, virtually all the mods in my list are translatable (and if not I can make them so). I'd happily incorporate github pull requests and of course credit your work.

CCL could definitely use some translations.  The old translations were removed from the A13 update as they were very outdated and generally obsolete.  (I still have them archived locally though.)
