Doctor not using medicine?

My secondary Doctor, Kimmy, doesnt use medicine to treat Gut Worms.

and for some reason i cant post my save file.

I'm sure your save is too large to upload here. Put it somewhere else like Dropbox, Google drive, One drive, etc.

And you likely have specified that the patient doesn't get medicine. Check the health tab.
