[A13] Placing pawns in Cryptosleep Caskets Cause Untradeable Circumstances

I see that something like this hasn't been posted yet, or if it has I must have over-looked it, but when placing a colonist/prisoner/refugee inside an empty casket causes the communication console and trading with caravans/traders inaccessible.
I thought it was just me at first, but after this(https://www.reddit.com/r/RimWorld/comments/4ftr5k/trading_bug/) popped up it seems to be a thing.

It looks as if ison has already fixed it for A14 (unless this is a similar, yet separate bug).
