[A13] Builders chop farm tree to build power line, growers re-plant after

If you look carefully you can see the phantom plan for the power line over the farmed trees, but after the builder chopped one tree down that was in the way and built the line, the growers immediately replanted the tree right over the line.

Either power lines should be able to go through trees or they shouldn't, this is just quirky and peculiar.

It makes since for them to cut trees down so the can dig and put the line in the ground.  Cant do that with a tree in the way.

The growers should not plant on top of a blueprint. Any blueprint, ever, I think. We can do that - shouldn't be hard.
