Released prisoners still in restraints.

I just noticed that released prisoners are still in restraints.  I am not sure this counts as a bug, but I think that they probably ought to not be in restraints once released.

They still count as "wandering prisoners" and I think it should stay that way. Because then they have 0% chances of hitting back plus released prisoners can easily be taken again.

last alpha the prisoners also had restraints.  I believe this is intentional

It's a bit odd, but yeah, it's intentional, for now at least. Thanks for reporting.
