Name in the game not showing

I bought name in the game edition over a year ago now but never got around to submitting a name, however the page says I don't have that tier and to try posting here, I checked my receipt and it does say name in the game.

It seems there's a few people experiencing this.

Could any of you just email me from your order email about this? I need to know the email so I can check the issue.

No data has been lost, by the way.
