Dead colonists get a graveyard with flowers and maybe a sculpture if I feel like it.

For dead enemies, I have pigs.

Depends. If the colony is struggling, I leave strangers where they drop unless I want their stuff. Pirates and hostile tribals get dumped somewhere out of sight until I can burn them.
When outsiders show up to help me with mechanoids and get murdered horribly, I usually make a little grave spot near where they died. Maybe it wasn't too bright of them to send three guys with shivs and pistols against mechanical murder monsters from space, but at least they tried.
