Not showing up?

Hey I bought the name in game option yesterday but it says i dont have it?
I can play the game fine but it wont allow me to do the name, I made an account with my steam account and they both have the same email. Do i just need to wait longer for it to register?

It shouldn't take more than a day or two (I think) for it to register across all Ludeon systems.  If you can't login by tomorrow, then it may be related to a recent bug with the creative rewards system (sorry!).  In that case:

Could any of you just email me from your order email about this? I need to know the email so I can check the issue.

No data has been lost, by the way.
