[A13] Fueling non-electric cooking stove can delete wood/fuel

The non-electric cook stove can hold 50 fuel, but haulers will pick up as much wood as they can haul (up to 75 in most cases) when fueling a non-electric fuel stove.  They'll carry up to 75 wood to the stove, but the stove will just be filled to 50 and any fuel over that the hauler was carrying just disappears.

Here are 3 screenshots of the issue with a fuel generator.

In the first two screenshots, you see a colonist hauling 68 wood to refuel a Fueled Generator that currently has 55 of a maximum 100 fuel.  55 + 68 = 123 fuel, but the Generator can only hold 100, so what becomes of the extra wood?

In the third one, it has disappeared.  The colonist has just finished refuelling the Generator, it now has 100 of 100 maximum fuel, the colonist is walking away and is not carrying the extra 23 wood, nor has it been dropped in the area; it seems to have been simply deleted.

This issue isn't consistent.  It seems to occur when ordering a colonist to refuel a fuel-burning construct (fueled cook stove or fueled power generator) that already has some fuel in it, but not when its empty.

Thanks for the report, Chibiabos.  Is there anything unusual in your log_output.txt file?  (Located in the RimWorld####Win\RimWorld####Win_Data, or similar path if you're not using Windows.)
