with locked cells
where colonists in mental state could be brought in
so they wont wonder near enemy doomstacks

and if there is psychiatrist specialists(say medicine 7, science 9), he might talk with patient and alliviate(shorten) that mental state time period. or just give him some medicine shot in the ass
