You can make a tattoo colonists . For example - in the head , back, arms, etc., and make trait - an amateur tattoo or tattoos phobia .

It could be a trait like "Has a Tattoo" and some people may dislike (if they think Tattoo's are bad or something) or like him (because wow that looks cool). It would be nice to add against all the other new "socially repellent traits".
