[W|363] Scrolling with the mouse not working properly on multi-monitor systems

Hi, when I want to scroll by moving the mouse to the edges of the window, it does not work on the edge where my second monitor is standing. The mouse is not captured in the window and scrolling doesn't work. Was the same in 334.
It works by dragging with the middle mousebutton though, so no big deal.
