alpha 13 on the steam release?

is it, or could it be possible to get alpha 13 when you have the steam version of the game. My main goal is to get alpha 13 to play some of the mods from a13, that are not going to be developed any longer (combat realism mod).

Unless you had A13 previously (and kept a copy) You will be unable to retrieve a copy legally. AFAIK Tynan has no intentions to change this.
