Is it possible to directly edit the temperature of biomes?

I want to create a weather/biome setting that is supposed to simulate a planet without a Sun. So i would need permanent night and temperatures that go below -100

Is there any way to make this happen?

I even like to add a new Biome with only 1 Weather (Thats maybe not so hard) But i even want to differ the worldgen.

1000101

Not that this really answers your question, but a rogue planet (a planet which does not orbit a star and is "drifting" in space) would be completely uninhabitable as it would have a temperature of approximately absolute zero.  There is just no way you could colonize it without some means of a heated bio-dome.
(2*b)||!(2*b) - That is the question.
There are 10 kinds of people in this world - those that understand binary and those that don't.

it would be a challenge map with a small pre-build base. There is this radiation suit mod and i modified it to either resists heat or extreme cold. You would start on this abandoned station where 4 people are in a cryo chamber and then awaken.

But i have no idea if permanent night and extreme cold is even possible to mod.
