Non cannibals go for it

i got 4 cannibals and  5 non. every now and then my non cannibals go past the cooked chicken (or any animal) and eat meals with human meat instead and get upset about it -_- , is there a way to assign meals, diets or restrict food for some colonists?
they should only eat human meat if theyre starving and there is no other option, maybe rather starve to death than eat humans when it fits their character traits?

couldnt find anything on google or in the forums

oh and also, why do my cannibals eat the raw human meat if there is cooked stuff right next to it and then complain about eating raw?

I build individual bedrooms with a small table and some chairs for each one, however the colonists use whatever chair/table is the closest and disturb others in their sleep, disabling the gathering spot option does nothing to prevent that, individual tables would be nice or a way to assign/forbid pple.
I tried to work around that with areas but i can only have 5

but wait, there is more

sometimes my colonists wander into someones bedroom when he is sleeping or go look at a sculpture, i wish they would respect each others privat sphere, i mean what if that colonist is beating his meat and that ugly hayhouse comes in
