Can anyone comment on RimWorld at 4K resolution?

I've tried on a laptop today, 13" high resolution screen. I find myself both lifting the laptop up and leaning forwards to read notifications text.

I've been playing on a laptop for the past week, and upon returning home and playing on my desktop with a 4k screen I find the font sizes readable but very small.

A UI scaling range would be ideal, but even something as simple as doubling everything would make the game much more playable at 4k.

Because of game zoom levels it's really only the UI elements that need scaling options, and even if that scaling isn't perfect it would be a huge improvement.
