Right-drag for camera scrolling?

Would it be possible to have an option for using the right mouse button for camera dragging instead of using the middle mouse button? As far as I can see, right dragging is not used in this game at the moment.

Just for background, I am trying to play the game just using a mouse and the on-screen keyboard (on a second monitor). Unfortunately I am unable to press the middle mouse button, so for cameras scrolling I am left with only two not so good options.

1 Switch on screen edge scrolling. But this means that whenever I move the mouse to the on-screen keyboard (on a separate monitor) for a keyboard shortcut the camera automatically scrolls.

2. Use the WSAD or cursor keys on the on-screen keyboard. This option is just very fiddly, especially since I have to keep moving the mouse back to the main screen to actually get anything done.
