What means 'needs creator review'?

I bought a Pirate version game and have filled my background story sheet,but still missing some thing.
Why my creation status is 'needs creator review'?What does it mean?How can I fill it?

I myself haven't purchased a tier that gives me a creative reward, so I don't have any personal experience.

My guess is that it means the game creator (Tynan) needs to review & approve it before it will go into the game.  I think you've done everything you need to so far.  Just make sure it's what you want it to be, and then wait for Alpha 15 to come out.
