Colonist Duplicated!?!?![mantis]

My colonist was duplicated when she got rescued after getting incapacitated by a boomrat. only one of the duplicates was able to be saved the other is dying on the floor and I have no idea what to do. P.s I have a screen shot but i have no idea how to find it on my computer. also I can't post the game save because its to large.

Go to 'Options', then click on 'Open save game/data folder' to find where the game stores both your saves, as well as your screenshots. In this instance, please post the saved game, as that may help us figure out the cause so we can post it on the bug tracker for Tynan to fix.

I just reloaded the save and i was able to save the duplicate.

I have not been able to find out the source of the problem. A wild guess would be to say it had to do with a fault during saving/loading the game.
