[Health] Show the cause.

Feature Request:
Show the cause of the health status.

Very straight forward..
When hovering over an item in the overview tab of the health window,
Show what's adding a penalty and how much that penalty is.



For example: under "Efficiency: 60%" add "\n\nHangover: -35%" (or something like that)
I think this would really be helpful and informative to a lot of people..

Because, like now for example, I have no bloody clue what the deal is with him :/
Turns out the "brain stimulator" Force-sets certain things to 65%..
