How do I go about replacing Vanilla textures with some of these?

The Wind Turbine would be awesome if I could replace it with this

Would anyone mind helping make a fairly simple texture?

I am looking to make a texture for an S-Mine. I did make a few attempts myself but I didn't care for them because I didn't think they fit the games style quite right and that is important to me. Probably didn't help that I was trying to make it an isometric view so you could get an idea of it s cylindrical shape, like I said I am not the best artist.

That's the best I could do without giving it too much of my time

It's not entirely in the correct angle but it should do the job more than well!
