Steam Workshop Mods Not Installing

Hello, I subscribed to 16 Steam Workshop mods. I opened the game in Steam, Clicked on the Mods button on the main menu, and the only mod that shows up is Core. All of the others are stuck in "Downloading..." forever.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hmm. Are you using the default installation path? Might be file folder permissions issue.

It's a known Steam issue that is fairly inconsistent. Your best bet is to use manual mods, or if they ever do download (they probably are downloaded), you can use this:
