RimWorld on wrong steam account.

I'm an idiot because I accidentally put RimWorld on my second steam account, so now when my friend plays a game on my second account, I cannot play RimWorld through Steam Library sharing, is there a way I can get that game moved to my main accounts library?

Way back when Steam was the new kid in town I made an account and eventually lost the password.  Years later when I wanted to get Portal, I made a new Steam account.  A few months after that I figured out my password for the original account, and now I have 2 Steam accounts.  I'd love to have everything in 1 account, but I haven't found a way to accomplish that.  And from what I've read, you don't want to ask Steam for help directly - they have a one-user-one-account policy and (from what I've read) they may disable either/both offending accounts!
