[A14.1249] Unreleasable prisoner

Prisoner Andy just loves it so much in my little colony he doesn't get released nor do I get the manual option to release him. Pawns' movement is unrestricted, forbidding and reallowing access to the prison has no effect, nor has changing the prisoner interaction from and back to release. Playing unmodded game with my own custom scenario. Savegame and scenario attached. No worldfile seems to exist (probably forgot to save it on creation?).

Disregard please, I'm stupid
I might request a tooltip that shows you cannot release a prisoner because of inability to walk itself back home instead of this bug report tho.
