Upgrade creative rewards tier on Steam?

I recently purchased the Pirate tier / Name in Game access on Steam, and I'd like to upgrade to the Backstory in Game access tier. However, the DLCs that correspond to the creative rewards tiers don't seem to be purchasable individually. Is there some other way to upgrade to a higher rewards tier?

I think so.  But I also think that requires emailing Ludeon support (email listed here https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=1875.0)
