 It would be good if there was some sort of table which allowed you to see all jobs that currently need doing, whether they are being worked on or not and the person working on them. A list of idles and workers which you can rotate, so instead of Red cleaning the growing patch (), you could drag his name into the 'Mine Jade Ore' slot.

This would be a cleaner, more accesible way of micromanaging your colonists jobs.

Yes, there needs to be temporary job priorities list, so you can keep work priorities on auto but manually force something to top if you badly need it.
