Bigger "X" items

It's hard to find them all zoomed out and in messy places. There should be an option in the menu to increase the size. I have a difficult time finding things like corpses and scattered weapons...

I agree that it is sometimes difficult to find forbidden items...
Perhaps an option to enable something similar to the arrows that pointed at the forbidden items during the new tutorial?

an X that covers the whole square might make it hard to tell exactly what is being forbidden.

maybe a red outline of the square?
