Cleanliness Before and after

Didn't your momma Teach you to clean up after what your doing is done?

I propose a mod or an addition to Vanilla that says, If next activity takes place in an Room/area that has a Mood Debuff because of uncleanliness, Clean the Room before the task than proceed with task. After last activity, if room/area is dirty, Clean it.

This could be set as a Master on/off for every one or one or more particularly dirty colonists (i.e. Butchers). I realize this can kind of can be done by setting Clean to priority one and everything else higher, but...
