Pinning UI Panels

Loving the game!  Lots of time spent though opening and closing the work priority window, and character stats to remind me of who does what.  Particularly with a larger monitor (3440x1440 is made for this game) I'd love to be able to 'pin' those key dialogs and put them around the edges of the screen.
