[A17] ED-ShieldsBasic for Combat Extended

Here is Jaxxa's Shield mod patched to work under CE.  It contains no feature changes.  Currently, this works with all A17 versions of Combat Extended.

To install manually, download the zip from Github and extract into your mods folder within your Rimworld directory.
