[A15] Minor - Pawns avoid minor meal penalties to invoke larger raw food penalty

Whenever I cook a fine meal with insect meat, colonists avoid it like the plague.
+5 for fine meal -3 for insect meat = net +2 from the meal.

I can understand prioritizing non-insect meals over insect meals however my pawns would rather eat raw food (-7) penalty. My guess is the logic behind their food choice needs to be tweaked.

NOTE: The ascetic pawn is alright, he eats raw food all the time anyways so that is WAD but the rest of my pawns shouldn't take a -7 over a +2 net, imo.
