Crafting table problem

Cant get my crafting table to work each time i reload mods i get "No SkillNeedDef name ConvertingTime to give to ConvertSilverA".
I did try also to copy def files from directly from other mods to and just renaming stuff, did disable all mods, at this point i kinda run out of ideas.
This thing works fine in game from my test, but the warning bugs me.
Here is what i did make.

This will be fixed if you rename your SkillNeedDef folder to SkillNeedDefs (with an S on the end).

Misspelling bugs are the most annoying bugs.
