Title - Combining like stacks of damaged items

Summary - Like items damage isn't handled properly (may just not be implemented yet) Only the first hauled/touched items health will be transferred to a newly combined stack.

Steps to Reproduce -
1. Take two separate stacks of 1 item, potatoes. Have one at health 10/100 and the other at full health 100/100. When a hauler picks up the items the first item picked up has its health transferred to the new stack. If the pawn picks up the potatoes with 10 health first you'll end up with a stack of 2 potatoes at 10 health. If he picks up the one with full health first the new stack will have 2 potatoes with full health.

Expected Results - Expected the items health to average out based on quantity and health.

Actual Results - Only the first item hauled has its health transferred to the entire new stack.

Notes - This may not be bug so much as it may just not really have been implemented yet. Noticed this while making a large stockpile of human meat. I kept trying to burn it away but with each new butchered corpse my damaged meats kept magically healing.

Attachments - None, easiest way is to start a new game, delete all stockpiles. Create a 1 tile stockpile. Let the pawns interact with two of the starting potatoes after damaging one with dev mode first and note the result.
