I would like to share my suggestion for an mod, and rimworld is the best for this mod.

Soo my suggestion is to make an faction mod where im allowed to create factions and control each one of them and been able to change every memebrs strength & health... so i can simulate wars and create my own story, i even would pay the creator to make this mod
