is there a mod,where you can restart the map?
example:you try a speedrun and fail,so you can push 1 button and start again.

I don't think this is what the OP had in mind. This only lets you reroll the map itself, and is not made for restarting the whole colony.

@OP: Afaik there is nothing that fits your needs. The best idea for you is to use "EDB PrepareCarefully" and then save your colonists there. Afterwards you can keep track of the map seed and the coordinates you decided to land on.

Or save as soon as the game starts, and load it up later.

This can be done in permadeath too - just have to do it with a file browser rather than the in-came menus - copy your initial permadeath save under a different name. :)
