Orbital trade beacon radius

I was looking at modding its radius, but its definition in "Buildings_Misc.xml" does not seem to have a field for this value. It is hardcoded, isn't it?

Yes, it is. You would have to detour Building_OrbitalTradeBeacon.TradeableCellsAround to modify the radius.
