Change Faction hair color?

Hey I have a question, so I have been working on a mod and I realized that in order for it to work I need everyone's hair color out of a faction to only have white as their hair color, is there a way to make this as a map condition or specific to a faction. Please tell me your secrets if you know something I don't ;w;
