More Research, Proper Lighting, and AstroTurf (and a couple fixes)

Contains four mods.
-Proper Lighting adds CFLs and LEDs and a few modifications to standard lighting types.
-AstroTurf of the future! Soil carpet to grow plants on.
-Sandbags no longer catchfire.
-graves default not to accept anything but humanoid corpses.

Proper lighting is the biggest one.
-Modifies the standard light [now incandescent] to be slightly less powerful but dramatically less wattage, 60w as you might expect.  Added a bit of beauty to it. Also now it glows a reddish yellow like incandescents. Gives a lot more character to the game I think. No research requirement.
-CFL like the standard light but full spectrum, less wattage, a bit more powerful, and a bit uglier. requires CFL. Takes a little while to build.
-LED looks like LEDs used to grow vegetables and at a more realistic wattage. Otherwise similar to the SunLamp. Colonists think it's ugly. (grow light LEDs are unpleasant to look at) requires LED research. Takes a little longer to build.
I didn't modify the SunLamp much. requires hydroponics.
-Also added "Modern Lighting" which just unlocks CFL and LED. Requires Hydroponics.

Different types of lightbulb types is a cool thing in my book. As a future addition, it would be awesome if some types of lights occasionally flickered, but alas, alpha 3 is not yet released. Personally, I think the LED growlight could probably use a better texture.

Yeah, flickering would be cool.  Not to mention "light switches" (lights only come on while someone is awake in a room). And you're right the texture is bad, I wanted to add a new texture for it but I'm no good as a graphic artist. If anyone would like to contribute a better texture, have at it. CFL too for that matter, I'm thinking the curly type you usually see in stores.  I'm probably done fiddling with this, but I would edit the upload with a better texture if someone had one.
