Rewards not received

Purchased "name in the game"...log in to rewards using steam and get:

Hey, thanks for making an account, but it seems like you don't actually have any creative reward purchased for RimWorld.

So, maybe immediately was too quick.  It has now been 24 hours and I am still getting this message.  I need a fix or $15 back, please.

That's strange.

Since you said you logged in to rewards with Steam, try this link instead:
http://rimworldgame.com/creative/index.php

Log in there and it should let you in.  If not, then it's beyond my ability to help and you'd need to email Ludeon Support: [email protected]
